What ingredients do you use?

We formulate with high-performance, carefully curated ingredients chosen for their proven efficacy. Our serums are free from harsh fillers and focus on active compounds that deliver visible results. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Vivian's Signature Serums is committed to cruelty-free practices. We do not test on animals, and we work only with suppliers who share that commitment.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulations are designed to be gentle yet effective. However, as with any new skincare product, we recommend performing a patch test before full application — especially if you have reactive or sensitive skin.

Skincare Usage

How do I use your serums?

Apply your serum to clean, dry skin after cleansing and toning. Use 2–3 drops, gently pressing into the skin rather than rubbing. Follow with your moisturizer to seal in the active ingredients.

Can I layer multiple serums?

Yes — layer from thinnest to thickest consistency. Allow each serum to absorb for 30–60 seconds before applying the next. We recommend using no more than two serums at a time to avoid overloading the skin.

How often should I use the serums?

Most of our serums are formulated for daily use, morning and/or evening. Check the individual product page for specific usage guidance, as some active formulas (such as those with exfoliating acids) are best used at night or a few times per week.

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once it's on its way.

What shipping options are available?

We offer Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) and Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) within the US. Rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options are coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that personal care goods (including opened skincare products) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How do I start a return?

Email us at vivianrosalie3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

What if my order arrived damaged?

We're so sorry to hear that. Please contact us at vivianrosalie3@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right.
